Greene Group, Houston, Texas digital marketing company has been recognized for helping Local Small Business Owners leverage the internet to get more customers.

Setting up a local business online is a necessary step these days. To remain competitive, you really have to maximize all of the platforms available.”

— Maynard Greene

HOUSTON, TX, UNITED STATES, June 25, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Greene Consulting Group, a digital marketing company operating Houston, Texas, has today been recognized as being a front runner in the realm of showing Local Small Businesses Owners how to leverage the power of the internet, specifically Google My Business (GMB/MAPS), to increase their visibility and dominate their marketplace. This news coincides nicely with Greene Consulting Group's recent recognition as a community favorite, due to helping non-profit organizations increase their online visibility and online donations.

Greene Consulting Group has been operating in the Small and Medium Sized businesses market for Twenty-Three (23) Years and competes against notable businesses such as Reach-local, Revlocal, and AT&T Business Solutions. They have been able to make such a strong impression on the market and gain reputation by providing large Agency digital marketing services at a boutique Agency price.

Maynard Greene, Greene Consulting Group's Director of Systems spoke about its recent recognition, expanding on some of the decisions and motivations that led the business to the level it's currently reached.

"When Greene Consulting Group was founded, it was made abundantly clear we wanted to be the kind of company that was known for being a company putting real value into the world by cutting through all the noise and generating REAL results. One of the biggest challenges we faced was educating SMBs on the importance of being everywhere their customers are and on the first page of Google.

There really are millions of people looking for local businesses every day, what’s important is zoning in on the potential customers out there, that need their services. Local businesses need to bridge the gap on how they’re found, and when they are found, local businesses are surprised how quickly they will gain new customers.

Setting up a local business online is a necessary step these days. To remain competitive, you really have to maximize all of the platforms available. But local businesses find out pretty quickly that bringing customers to their company is the biggest challenge. And the good news is that it doesn’t have to be difficult if you’ve got the right strategy.

So, how does a local business leverage the power of Google My Business? Here are a few specific principles:

TIP #1- Make sure your local business is incredibly simple to find when searching in a local area.
TIP #2– Always remember to include mobile users in your maps marketing strategy.
TIP #3– Be sure to focus your efforts to include just your service area, really target the locations you are willing to serve, stay away from broad regions that they will never serve.

Fortunately with some good people behind us, and An unwavering dedication to staying up to date on the ongoing changes in the digital marketing and website design space and communicating the same to our business clients, we were able to overcome every obstacle and really hit our stride."

Maynard Greene also mentioned that Greene Consulting Group's future plans involve bundling Greene Consulting group services in budget-friendly packages for SMBs. It's the hope of the company that in the future more and more small and medium-sized businesses realize that not every marketing agency is out to take their money, that some, like Greene Consulting Group, are actually trying to add value.

Because the market has shifted and it’s important for business owners to stay ahead of their competitors, Greene Consulting Group plans to maintain its position at the forefront of helping Local Small Businesses leverage the internet to sell more products and services, for years to come, building on its success, finding new ways to serve its community, customers and the world at large.

Colorado Medical Solutions now offering state-of-the-art ESWT (Extra Corporeal Shock Wave Therapy) to treat ED

Research shows that this treatment is amazing for both Erectile Dysfunction and painful joints, the technology is sound, the treatments are short and the results have been remarkable.”

— Jonathan Keith, Case Manager

DENVER, COLORADO, UNITED STATES, June 25, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — ESWT (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy) uses the power generated from acoustic sound waves and radial shockwaves to stimulate blood vessel growth called neovascularization. This process forms new blood vessels, increasing much-needed blood flow to the region. While this treatment has been used successfully in a number of orthopedic areas, which include fractures, joint inflammation, and plantar fasciitis, researchers and several studies have shown that low-intensity ESWT is helping men suffering from Erectile Dysfunction. There are more studies being presented on a daily basis and the success rates are significant. Sexual wellness is a growing concern among today's adults, there are many causes including lifestyle, environment, genetics, and illness. ESWT provides a non-drug oriented solution.

Stephanie Lillibridge, AGNP-C of Colorado Medical Solutions stated, “Blood Flow to the penis is crucial for firmness in erections. Men with poor blood flow have a difficult time attaining and maintaining erections. The responses from patients across the U.S. have been nothing short of amazing. Coupled with our P-Shot and male enhancement device, the protocol has been shown to provide significant improvement for male sexual wellness.” By increasing vascularity to the penis and thereby blood flow, erections prove to be firmer and longer-lasting thereby improving intimacy for everyone. Jonathan Keith, Case Manager for the clinic continued, "Research shows that this treatment has an amazing result for both Erectile Dysfunction and painful joints, the technology is sound, the treatments are short and the results have been remarkable. I am thrilled with this "non-drug" solution."

Our new name is not only more accurate, it’s also a better reflection of what we value most as a company.”

— Amy Balliett, CEO & Co-Founder, Killer Visual Strategies

SEATTLE, WA, UNITED STATES, June 25, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Killer Infographics, an industry-leading visual communication agency, has changed its name to Killer Visual Strategies. Today, Killer is a full-service agency that crafts custom visual strategies based on each client’s unique goals, then executes on those strategies with custom-designed visual content.

“Our old name made us seem less versatile and more limited in the scope of our offerings than we really are,” Killer Visual Strategies CEO and co-founder Amy Balliett explained. “Our new name is not only more accurate, it’s also a better reflection of what we value most as a company. We build long-term relationships with our clients, getting to know their business and their goals, so that we can offer them customized solutions. This focus on customer service is what makes Killer Visual Strategies unique.”

This name-change is the latest in a series of exciting developments for Killer Visual Strategies in 2019. In January, Killer joined Kelton Global as a fellow member company of LRW Group, a collaboration of integrated marketing services companies. Kelton is a brand strategy and consumer insights consultancy that helps organizations such as Google and Target make key brand-positioning decisions that drive their business forward.

“The sheer range of the services we can now offer in partnership with Kelton made this name-change all the more urgent for us. Finally, what we’re called and what we do are in alignment,” Balliett said.

“Naming is such a vital part of how an agency is perceived,” said Tom Bernthal, CEO and co-founder of Kelton. “And while Killer Infographics became the nation’s leading visual communications agency with its old name, they’re now ready to have a name that represents the strategic thought and visual communication they offer so many clients.”

If you want to know more about phantom limb pain, its causes, and symptoms, Sanjoy Banerjee, MD of Pacific Pain Care published an explanatory article about it.

Pacific Pain Care (N/A:N/A)

Researchers suggest that patients with pre-existing limb pain are more likely to suffer from phantom limb pain after the surgical procedure.”

— Dr. Sanjoy Banerjee, Corona, California

WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, June 25, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Phantom limb pain is medically defined as the perception of experiencing pain in limbs that are not physically attached to the body anymore. Not having these limbs anymore can be due to a variety of reasons ranging from the amputation of a limb to some sort of degeneration of said appendage. At times, this kind of pain can be due to sensations occurring as a result of spinal cord injuries or nerve avulsions.

Dr. Sanjoy Banerjee, who focuses on Pain Management, shares his thoughts in a new article, which is available on his blog at https://sanjoybanerjeemd.home.blog/

These pain-inducing sensations are often reported to be irritating, whereas the pain itself ranges from mild to intense, depending on how badly the limb was severed. Mostly diagnosed in war veterans, stuntmen, and extreme sports players, phantom pain is also experienced by people who have been paralyzed. The pain either decreases over time or dies down completely; however, in some cases, it may also require medical attention.

People suffering from phantom limb pain often display signs and symptoms that are a clear give away of the medical condition, such as a sharp, throbbing, stabbing, or burning pain in the limb area. Patients may also complain about the uncomfortable positioning of the phantom limb or a tingling or itching sensation arousing.

Other than these symptoms, patients can also experience certain sensations. For instance, phantom limb pain patients frequently complain about sensations associated with the limb's posture, length, and weight. For example, people report sensations of the phantom limb feeling heavier. At times, people also complain about how the limb has shrunk. This feeling is called telescoping.

Other sensory features include movements where the patient feels his limb is moving or that he can control its movement, when in reality, the limb is absent. Similarly, they may report senses of touch, temperature, pressure, and itchiness because they feel the limbs are warm or cold or burning.

This post-amputation medical condition is preventable. Since the developmental risk of phantom limb pain is higher in patients who have suffered pain in that limb prior to surgery, surgeons and physicians encourage the use of anesthesia ahead of amputation surgery. The anesthesia can either be spinal or epidural and can be administered a few hours or even days before the surgery takes place. This prevention method has reportedly seen a significant decline in prevailing phantom limb pain together with the immediate pain reduction after surgery.

Although not every amputee develops a phantom limb ache, most people do because they are at a higher developmental risk of phantom pain. Certain factors increase the risk of phantom pain of the limbs, such as factors like pre-existing pain in the limbs that are later amputated.

Researchers suggest that patients with pre-existing limb pain are more likely to suffer from phantom limb pain after the surgical procedure. This is because of how their brains develop sensory memories of pain and continue to send this signal even once the limb is removed.

Residual limb pain is another risk factor of phantom pain. Individuals with constant pain in the residual part of the limbs generally do experience phantom pain. This is due to the abnormal growth of damaged nerve endings, called neuroma, which consequently lead to painful nerve activity.

If you have recurrent sensations of movement, pain, or touch in your phantom limbs, it is highly advised to seek medical assistance.

Dr. Sanjoy Banerjee, M.D., QME (Corona & Wildomar, California)

Dr. Sanjoy Banerjee is the Founder and Medical Director of Pacific Pain Care in Corona and Wildomar, California. He graduated medical school from Imperial College, School of Medicine in London, England, and completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Rochester, New York. In addition, Dr. Banerjee completed the ACGME accredited Pain Management Fellowship Program at the University of California at Davis.

Ionic Paint Additive by Air-ReNu Increases Health & Yield of Marijuana Plants

Ionic Paint Additive

Ionic Paint Additive

With use of Ionic Paint Additive, medical marijuana growers can transform the walls of their grow rooms into a permanent air ionization system.

Ionic Paint Additive is the perfect solution for marijuana grow rooms. It’s easy, effective, long-lasting and inexpensive.”

— Vincent Valles

PALM COAST, FL, USA, June 25, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Air-ReNu has been renowned for its Ionic Paint Additive for over a decade. A permanent air purification system, this remarkable product transforms walls to improve indoor air quality and remove offensive odors including smoke, pet urine, mold spores, cooking odors, and airborne microscopic dust particles.

The additive is mixed with interior house paint and is applied to interior walls. And the results are spectacular. Even the strongest odors will be permanently eliminated for the life of the paint, usually about eight to twelve years. A proprietary blend of 31 all-natural rare-earth minerals containing piezoelectric and pyroelectric properties, Ionic Paint Additive creates air ionization, a purification process activated by normal air movement within a room. Not only does the additive remove odors, but it also removes fine and ultrafine dust particles from the air, thus helping prevent serious health issues including asthma, bronchitis, COPD and cardiovascular disease.

Up until fairly recently, Ionic Paint Additive was used almost exclusively in homes to get rid of common, but unpleasant household odors. But according to company founder and President Vincent Valles, many customers have been purchasing the ionic additive to use in their medical marijuana grow rooms.

“I researched the marijuana industry and was surprised by my findings,” says Valles. “There is insufficient information about using air ionization in grow rooms, so many growers aren’t aware of the tremendous benefits that can be had by using this technique.”

With Ionic Paint Additive, growers can transform the walls of their grow room into a permanent air ionization system, and by so doing, substantially increase plant yield. The process will quickly eliminate any potential contamination from harmful contaminants including powdery mildew, botrytis, gray mold, bacteria, viruses, and mold spores. “It’s a simple process,” Valles explains. “Just mix the ionic paint additive with interior house paint and apply the blended mixture to the walls of your grow room. One application produces 139.600 anion output per cubic centimeter. Your plants will produce greater yields and your employees will have a healthy environment to work in.”

It’s well documented that people who work in the marijuana industry face many potential threats to their health and well-being, with respiratory issues, eye, skin, and throat irritations, nasal congestion and asthmatic conditions being commonplace. Scientific research has proven beyond a doubt that air ionization is the best way to eliminate the particles in the air that are the cause of these health issues.

“Ionic Paint Additive is the perfect solution for marijuana grow rooms,” concludes Valles. “It’s easy, effective, long-lasting and inexpensive. After a one-time coat of paint on your walls, you’ll have clean and healthy air with no need for electricity, filters, or additional service of any kind.”

About the Company

Founded in 2008 and located in Florida, Air-ReNu is renowned for Ionic Paint Additive, an effective solution for eliminating offensive smoking and cat urine odors. With a customer satisfaction rate of 99.99%, the company has accumulated hundreds of positive reviews from happy customers, which can be viewed on the website.

Air-ReNu is the recipient of several awards, including Best Eco-Friendly Paint Additive – South East USA, and Acquisition INTL Global Excellence Award of Best Clean-Air Ion Technology Product 2019.

Grey Muzzle Grants Give Senior Dogs a Second Chance

Senior dog Nike is ready to be adopted in Austin, Texas.

New photos and creative marketing helped Bee finally find a forever home.

Grants will help save thousands of at-risk old dogs nationwide

Thanks to our donors, who share our vision of a world where no old dog dies alone and afraid, thousands of at-risk old dogs will spend their golden years in homes with families who love them.”

— Lisa Lunghofer, Ph.D., Executive Director, The Grey Muzzle Organization

RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES, June 25, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Old dogs and the people who love them have something to wag about this week, as The Grey Muzzle Organization announces $419,000 in grants going to 62 animal welfare groups nationwide. This brings the national nonprofit Grey Muzzle Organization’s total grant funding to nearly $2 million since 2008.

The new grantees, selected from among 236 applicants, will use the funds to help save and improve the lives of at-risk senior dogs in their communities. These grants will provide critically needed medical and dental treatment; foster and hospice care; adoption promotions; and programs that help keep old dogs in good homes.

Here are a few examples of how old dogs will benefit from the new Grey Muzzle grants:

Nike is almost nine, but thanks to daily medication for arthritis, he still enjoys leash-walks and snuggles. A Grey Muzzle grant to Austin Pets Alive! in Texas provides dogs like Nike with the veterinary care needed to diagnose and treat medical conditions, helping them feel better and improving their chances of adoption. Currently in a foster home, Nike is hoping to find a forever family soon.

When Goober, a nine-year-old corgi, needed emergency surgery to remove a foreign object lodged in his throat, his mom turned to the Foundation for Animal Care and Education (FACE) in San Diego, California. Although she was unable to afford the cost of the procedure, Goober got the surgery he needed and is back to his old self again. A Grey Muzzle grant to FACE will help cover the cost of care for senior dogs like Goober who have treatable conditions, saving their lives and keeping them with their families.

Sometimes, being seen makes all the difference in a shelter dog’s life. After 427 days of waiting for a home, some creative marketing and new photos of ten-year-old Bee helped shine a light on her personality and led to her being adopted! A Grey Muzzle grant to HeARTs Speak in Poughkeepsie, New York, will allow the nonprofit arts and advocacy group to create and distribute a free marketing toolkit for animal welfare organizations to use to help promote the senior dogs in their care.

Graham Greene was found as a stray, wandering the streets of Chicago. Luckily, he landed in the care of Second City Canine Rescue, where he received desperately needed dental and medical care. It didn’t take long for Graham to win the hearts of his foster family, who adopted him. A Grey Muzzle Grant will enable Second City Canine Rescue to provide dental exams and periodontal treatments for 50 senior dogs like Graham, making them healthier, happier and more adoptable.

“Through these grants, many more senior dogs will get the second chance they all deserve,” Grey Muzzle Executive Director Lisa Lunghofer said. “Thanks to our donors, who share our vision of a world where no old dog dies alone and afraid, thousands of at-risk old dogs will spend their golden years in homes with families who love them.”

A complete list of Grey Muzzle Organization grantees is available at greymuzzle.org.

The national nonprofit The Grey Muzzle Organization improves the lives of at-risk senior dogs by providing funding and resources to animal shelters, rescue organizations, sanctuaries, and other nonprofit groups nationwide.

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, June 25, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — The hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) is a mild but highly infectious viral disease, mostly diagnosed among children aged 10 and under. One of its most distinctive features is the characteristic red sores that appear in the mouth and the painless rashes on the hands and the feet. This disease has no specific treatment or medication or even any vaccine. It can only be prevented by strictly following certain preventive measures.

Dr. Kenneth Rebong has published an overview article on this disease. The complete article will be published on the Blog of Dr. Rebong at https://drkennethrebong.wordpress.com/

Symptoms

The HFMD has certain distinguishing signs and symptoms that help identify the virus easily. These indicators include:
* Mild fever with a sore throat
* Malaise
* Painful red lesions on the tongue, gums and the cheek lining
* Non-itching red rashes and patches with blisters on the palms, foot soles and the hips
* Irritability and frustration
* Loss of appetite
The incubation period for HDMD lasts from three to six days with a fever and a sore throat being the initial signs, mostly. A couple of days after the onset of the initial symptoms, painful sores and rashes start developing on the hands and feet and in the mouth.

An infected person is highly contagious all through the first week of the infection. In fact, even after the initial symptoms disappear, your child may still be infectious.

Causes

The hand-foot-and-mouth disease is caused by the cox sackie A16 virus. This virus is a member of the non-polio enteroviruses group. Viruses of this particular group mostly enter the body via oral ingestion where contaminated hands or objects enter the mouth and infect the person with the hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Other causes include:
* Nasal secretions or throat discharge
* Saliva and Stool
* Fluid oozing from blisters
* Respiratory droplets sprayed into the air via coughing or sneezing

Risk factors

The hand-foot-and-mouth disease chiefly affects children aged 10 and younger, with infants being the most common targets. One of the most vulnerable people are the elderly with weak immune systems and children in crowded places like child centers and schools where the infection can easily spread by physical contact.

Complications

The HFMD can also lead to certain complications if not treated promptly or adequately. One of the most common implications is dehydration, which may consequently cause mouth and throat sores and mouth ulcers, causing pain and difficulty while swallowing. Another, rather rare, complication is the cox sackie virus, which primarily involves the brain and the nervous system and at times leads to further complications such as viral meningitis and encephalitis.

Prevention

Currently, there is no specific vaccine for the hand-foot-and-mouth disease but some precautionary measures can help reduce the risks of being infected by HFMD, like:
* Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly to prevent the virus and the infection from spreading to other people.
* Isolate infected people by quarantining them in a secluded area to avoid other people from contracting the viral infection
* Avoid exposure and physical contact especially with babies, infants and people with compromised immune systems.
* Practice good hygiene by showering daily and not putting any objects, finger or your hands in your mouth.
* Disinfect your things and keep them clean, especially items like bed linen, toiletries, toys and utensils. Also, disinfect common areas like living room, kitchen, bathrooms etc.
* Avoid sharing glasses, cutlery and other items that may spread the virus
* Avoid smoking

On suspicions of your child suffering from HFMD, it is best to consult your child’s physician immediately, advises Dr. Rebong.
